In this video, I shared my views on the definition of Poor and Broke from an immigrant’s point of view.
POOR: Some people live in societies and countries where there are no opportunities for advancement, and it takes all their effort just to survive. They are not going to have enough to eat well or live well or take care of themselves.
BROKE: Broke is not a condition like being poor. Broke is a situation you find yourself in because you are either underearning or overspending.
Being Poor is challenging to fix whereas being Broke is easy to fix.
